We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for purchases made on LicenseExams.com.
1. One-Time Practice Test Purchases
Before Starting the Test
If you purchased a practice test but have not yet started it, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
After Starting the Test
Once you begin a purchased practice test, the purchase is considered used and is not eligible for a refund. This is because you immediately receive access to the full question content.
Technical Issues
If you experience technical problems that prevent you from completing a purchased test (e.g., site outage, questions not loading), contact us and we will either:
- Provide a replacement test at no charge, or
- Issue a full refund
2. Subscription Plans
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation:
- You will retain access through the end of your current billing period.
- No further charges will be made.
- Partial-month refunds are not provided.
First-Month Refund
If you are unsatisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within the first 7 days of your initial subscription purchase, provided you have completed fewer than 5 practice tests during that period.
3. Free Practice Quizzes
Free practice quizzes are provided at no cost and do not involve any payment. No refund applies.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@licenseexams.com with:
- Your account email address
- The exam or subscription you purchased
- Your reason for requesting a refund
We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method and typically appear within 5-10 business days.
5. Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of:
- Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated purchase-and-refund cycles)
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Chargebacks filed without first contacting us
